I recently applied for a job position as a hostess surrounded by a hip, upscale restaurant. Had the interview this week, it went well overall, but i’m disappointed next to how it ended. They’re not hiring anyone who’s between the ages of 18 and 21 because they are looking for people who are more “reliable” for the position. I’m 21, 22 contained by 5 months, and i’ve never heard of this before, especially near someone who’s already 21 and can practically work anywhere with that age.
